The Forward looking statement has come up a few times on this board, if I am a startup company like DSUS and I make claims of being a manufacture of a product like DSUS has, but I don't manufacture anything yet, because I'm looking for capital to do so. Now that I have my shell and investors start investing in my company and with those funds I get a manufacturing facility and do start manufacturing that products I claimed I was manufacturing, does that make me a lier when I have a "Forward Looking Statement" as DSUS has?
