Can UltraFlix be spun off ???
If I'm not mistaking and I need some help with this, I believe UltraFlix was filed with 750 million shares. Can this be something that can help NTEK shareholders and company on the short attack on us? Will shareholders maintain equal equity?
Also how much of NTEK OS shares are restricted and and how long?
Any help will be appreciated!!!
