Subject of buyouts was brought up at SHM and the company related that they have received many offers but were not interested in entertaining any at this time until they can significantly increase the value of the company to make it beneficial to shareholders. As I remember, they mentioned inquires from Samsung, company from China and one from Canada in the conversation. Why sell a company for pennies a share when the future can be a multiple dollar stock. I like their vision and where this is all headed. Patience is prudence. Let it develop its business plan and we will all be happy soon enough.
