Who invest 100k in a penny stock? Nobody with 100k to toss away is that stupid. Someone with 100k laying around is probably doesn't even look at pennystocks. There's an old saying that says "Rich people don't buy penny stocks, they're too smart." So to believe there's some idiot who invest 100k in a sub penny stock is now dumping his shares is silly. Let's pretend that's true though. They would've sold as the stock climbed to its 52 week high and never touched it again. Especially after the CE.
