No, the 150 that we hold (as example because I think we longs have more than that) are not necessarily the ones in the first point.
Suppose the Outstanding shares are 400 million and CRGP already has 380 Million, the difference is 20 million.
Shareholders still have the 150 million you mention (530 in the market, an excess of 130 millions because of the naked shorts). CRGP is going to pay for 20 million, shorts are going to pay for the remaining 130 million. The price is defined according to the private merger deal (maybe Adam Carter himself).
