The authorized is 1,400,000.
the issue is 1,300,000
but because of naked shorting, if all the markers in all our accounts from all over the world were added up, there would be hundreds of millions more shares than the issued. As those shares increase in value the liability of those who sold non existent shares increases and so do their carrying costs. Go NTEK!!!
