There won't be a hearing this week. CRGP has until Friday to answer the complaint. That will be filed with the court, not presented to a judge in a courtroom. There won't be any hearings until there is a motion such as a motion to dismiss, summary judgment, etc. that the court has to rule on. COR demanded a jury trial, and that is a long way off.
