I don't think people are "buying" it any more, IMO. And that "closing note"? Very unprofessional for a public trading company to air their dirty laundry on a public forum. I truly wish I never got sucked into this divi/FUTL hype... I don't speak for others but I work VERY hard for my money to have it magically disappear on false promises and hype. My bad. Lesson learned.

IMO, I highly doubt we'll ever see an S1...but that's my opinion.
