I looked through some of the public companies they have invested in: HNET and RNWB are both basically shells.  Basically this facet of their business aligns with what BCAP has done with RIGH and TGGI.  They also assist companies going public.  There are some similarities to Baron in Tech River that I can see.  Btw, I sent an email off to Matt updating him.
