See, with that small of an OS the stock should have easily moved to .05.
The day it hit a penny, it should have at least stayed above the 50dma until it rallied a second time to move into multi pennies and along with news, we should have been there by now. Yet, manipulation killed the stock. Maybe to avoid margin calls.
It is still possible there is a heavy NSS out there and the company is just accumulating a few more shares before the big news hits the wire. They're only allowed to buy a % each day iirc, so it may be just days away from an announcement.
