Re: 2015invest #31407
Is the bottleneck operation converting films to 4k or uploading them? They're currently uploading at an aggressive rate which would suggest to me that they have a stockpile of movies already converted and have been working feverishly on converting the last number of months to build an inventory of available movies.
If this is true, I wonder at what point the uploading catches up to the converted films and whether they are now looking at expanding their capacity through additional capital equipment purchases.
With the number of 4k tv's moving off the shelves, it looks like ntek has spent a lot of time planning when to acquire, produce and upload films. The key now is to achieve the necessary revenues in the immediate term to parlay that into additional equipment/labor to avoid raising the AS.
If anyone has any insight on this, I'd appreciate your perspective.
