Imo, CRGP was expected to move above a penny, then news on the engineering, new board members (from where or what company?) then once that news propelled the stock higher, maybe .05 to .50 cents, we'd hear of a JV or merger with the other company that bought the mine. That way, they'd have gone public. Might have been why the AS kept going higher and higher as they bought into the company.

Unfortunately, it worked out the other way around because of the halt.
