Check state capital Morelia (in pink) in Michoacan State. Directly to the south you'll find San Pedro and Jovita. Southwest from there you'll find El Desvan.
One of the main points that hasn't been mentioned in the board is that Jovita is right next to a main highway. One of their projects was the construction of a road from the mine to the highway, which was finished. Other companies may have bigger mines but are dozens of miles away from highways. It will take a while and $ to get that copper out.
