Technically according to the article online the merger already happened. Seems like they are keeping it on the grey for a while. That way they can scare some more shares back into their hands. That way less has to be paid out. Which IMHO would be great for the people that hold onto their shares. If anyone wants to sell I will purchase 5 million shares, just let me know
