If institutions are starting to add shares especially seeing one add 2 mill I'm beittng this is the common manipulation before an uplist that some bigger players always do. what the price rise quickly this week! sorts are going to have to cover! these message boards are not who have any power any more. the few shorts on the other board haven't had control of the sp in awhile, as hard as they try... this is the time to hold if no more shares are available the new players will pay more to get in then what's left of the shorts will have to cover quickly!
