Would be interesting to look at the other pending suits by the Rosen firm as to what public companies they are and were any/all of those companies showing a high percentage of shorted shares on the FINRA daily report at the time the suit was filed. Did other suits coincide with published hit pieces? Was their any commonality to those sources? Might be interesting to see if there are any trends. Go CTIX!!!
