I think we should all email Leo and tell him that the company can't let this pass. There are lots of lawsuits that are filed simply to try to torpedo the stock price, and they never actually make it to court. They're just filed to try to blackmail the company into paying a settlement for "legal fees," or, as in this case, they're an attempt to help the shorts -- with no intention of taking an obviously ludicrous and stupid "case" to court.

I think if Leo announces that they are filing a countersuit against Rosen, and James DeVries, and Seeking Alpha, and unknown co-conspirators (we do know about you, JN, and also you, Mr. Austin Stockbroker), as well as some others, I think that will cause an exodus from short positions.

I can tell you that on the basis of attempted fence-mending PM's I have received at another site, SOME people are rather worried that they are going to be outed and sued -- including some who pretended to be longs while they were entirely invested in other stocks (and perhaps, short CTIX). I'd really love to see this go to court. There are a WHOLE bunch of people who ought to be in the slammer.
