Interesting post. So let me see if I understand this correctly. COR sued CRGP, but prior to suing them they contacted Carter of CRGP and he responded via email saying in effect, 'yes you are right, and there was a glitch in the system by Finra and/or Dtc', thereby creating a public record that he did not knowingly act to deceive COR clients. After this statement, COR proceeds with the lawsuit and in the suit ironically includes the email that effectively exonerates the defendant CRGP and Carter.
