Am sure I'm not the only one waiting for a release now from Leo concerning the now 2 law firms , Goldman and Rosen. At first because the filing were so lame and frivolous , thought Leo for the most part would ignore them by just turning it over to a company lawyer. Now I think he may well have to get into the fray.
Though sure they have no case against CTIX that is not the point. Cases take months and years to concluded. So to me there were made to have a bearish overhang on the company and keep away investors. Easy to understand why if one believes an outside party benefits greatly should the PPS here demise more. So I'd love to read Leo's take on handling this situation. Can only guess for now.
