If you are talking Pinks versus BB, there is no PPS requirement. The only difference going forward will be on-time reporting and audited financials. If you are talking about an upward trend, from an investor standpoint, that is a different animal. However, the two things listed above certainly help to build investor confidence, which cannot hurt.
