"Preliminary" could mean anything, good point. I would think though that it could mean as late as when all patients have completed the trial, before the heavy-duty number crunching. Remember that PRAN may have fatally wounded itself by releasing numbers that had not been properly presented -- THEY knew that the numbers meant that in a certain subset their drug looked effective, but because they didn't separate numbers out properly, no one else understood that.

So anyway unlike people on other sites, I do NOT want the company rushing data out just to please some shorts, I mean "shareholders."
