CRGP has unregistered shares because they went dark so the SHO rule doesn't apply, imo, unless you do a divi, then FINRA gets involved. It's possible the true numbers won't show which is what most of us suspect.

But, if we all get the right size buy out, we should at least hear some shorts screaming on the way down.
