They have made a grave tactical mistake. I had wanted Leo to sue one and all for the short attack. Now that we know who Mako is, it is much easier to file a lawsuit*. A countersuit against Rosen and naming DeVries and Seeking Alpha as co-defendants would go a long way toward shutting the shorts down.

Now the company WILL have to do something, and since Rosen's suit is frivolous and without merit, he is not going to be happy in the long run that he did this.

*Before, he would have had to sue Seeking Alpha to disclose the identity of Mako. Now, it's known.
