Todays action CONFIRMS to me further NTEK is setting
UP for a MAJOR RALLY in the Sept 28-Oct 9 timeframe.
I posted about this last night.
There are important technical and fundamental reasons
for this. TODAY WAS THE LAST SHAKE to set up
