Rosen has decided the best defense is an offense, so they claim to have actually filed a class action suit.
In my opinion this is a diversionary tactic because Mako has been outed.
They filed this on a Friday afternoon before Rosh Hashana to try to manipulate things while Leo and others are presumably away.
I believe this is a grave error on their part because now the company has no choice but to counter-sue them.
I hope that all will email Leo and say that under NO circumstances should CTIX do what most companies do, which is to pay the thieving lying lawyers a few hundred thousand to go away. The only way to put a stop to all this is to vigorously fight this, and sue James DeVries et al for libel and stock manipulation.
