Just spoke to a securities attorney at a reputable law firm in the midwest who stated that even if the dividend is determined to be fraudulent, after clearance and distribution it is out of FINRAs jurisdiction to reverse. Law suits and court decrees would be required in order to effectuate the so called "clawback."
