If they have it scheduled during the documentation process and sign-off, I don't see why not. In theory, the PR could come out anytime. Newswires release information 24/7, so I don't think it's necessarily a "business hours" release. Maybe not Monday (i.e. the next business day) for the proving flights, but I would imagine it would be coordinated fairly quickly. Just my opinion.
