One of the options for the DX transaction was to spin it off as separately traded NASDAQ company. That was the option I was hoping they would take.
If so, that would explain the delay in the DX transaction. Have to get on NASDAQ first before you can spin-off another NASDAQ company.
Put me in the cautiously optimistic camp until I hear a no from NASDAQ.
