I am not absolutely certain it is on the new Samsung Smart TVs using the Tizen platform, but I am pretty sure.
I have a 2014 Samsung Smart TV and Ultraflix is one of the 1st apps you see when you click on 'Samsung apps'. So Im pretty sure it is on the 2015 models as well. Cant imagine Samsung would include it on 2014 TVs and 2014 phones and 2015 phones and then skip it on 2015 TVs. But I haven't actually seen it, so Im not 100% sure.
But...Samsung Smart TVs have web browser, so even if you cant see the UF icon right away; you could type in Ultraflix.com on the browser page and download it from the Ultraflix web site. (That's worst case scenario. But I suspect the app is under 'Samsung apps').
