Let me be clear about something, if for example NTEK were to go down to .001, I'd liquidate belongings to buy up the float.
NTEK has to get a full accounting of how many genuine shares are trading and how many are counterfeit and then determine the best way to kill the bogus shares.
I can tell you there isn't much open shorting going on in the past couple weeks. It's dilution and naked shorting.
