He is wrong..in that case every publicly traded company could just announce, "hey, we're going private" and delist...shaft every shareholder on earth. WRONG. $CRGP is completing a merger and then expect a buyout to be announced, likely at a great premium to current pps because it will be based on the NAV (net asset value). The merger is all but done and was dated 08/31/15 in last PR. Announcement should be forth coming. Remember this company paid a 500% cash dividend..VOLUNTARILY......that have some credibility on that alone. Think real hard and try to find another company that ever paid a 500% dividend on any exchange. More to come.
