It is obvious that AMBS is having trouble with the uplisting. Look how quickly NVIV was able to do so. They got the approval ONE day after submitting and they didn't issue an 8K for the submission but only an 8K for approval. If they got denied, they wouldn't have to report that. Look at April 16th.
