I have knowledge/experience in another company, in which a stockholder held 9.9% of the O/S, SEC reports and all, once he reached 5% and had chats with him at SHM's etc. His Son became BOD member in 2008.

Because of this, I am fully aware why your hands are tied, duct taped mouth and all.

This other guy did as you, funding the company.
