Great to hear from you John.
I have knowledge/experience in another company, in which a stockholder held 9.9% of the O/S, SEC reports and all, once he reached 5% and had chats with him at SHM's etc. His Son became BOD member in 2008.
Because of this, I am fully aware why your hands are tied, duct taped mouth and all.
This other guy did as you, funding the company.
The rest of us in that one, and ditto here in Baltia, are greatful we have this level of support and owe gratitude and respect.
This old Dischino guy, is lucky to have you as a friend.
