even more telling to me was what i termed as a forced sell (block of 200k @ 0637) done on 5.26.15
if folks remember .. within 3 weeks (cert imo went unrestricted) .. you have PTOI
*orchestrated* up to approx 095c .. (this is all from memory so i may be off a smidge)
but each round they do .. is being done on less and less *volume* .. even with
their inbuilt wash trading
which is why it was so revealing re: yesterday's efforts (set up for today's reset sub 5c)
as i noted .. b4 today >> not one retail investor in PTOI had shares sub 5c
the reason operation overkill went into play .. was because this window is limited
reminder it was October 2014 .. 6c (Jan 2014) was *reset* to 5c
