The company stated in today's PR that they are going to do this immediately, iirc. So, I think they will tender us shareholders an offer and we should probably take it. It might be for the share price we see right now, although I think all the stock including that held by the company are all commons so we all get the same amount. This may result in us all getting quite a bit more and if there are any air shares out there, they will have to pay too which may be a last screwing by the company. A going away present to the shorts who killed this stock.

I'm hoping for .25 to .30 cents but would take most anything in the .00's
