I haven't checked the public float, but I'm going to assume it is rather high. Locking it would be critical to a massive run. When I had GRCU, it was a low floater and locked tighter than a drum. The ensuing chaos and MOASS from the blue sky sent the rodents scurrying to cover. Wondering how tight the float really is. If there's enough to go around, the move will be incrementally slower.
