Don't know what you know on TA Hutch, but check out the stocotics in the 3 mo or more charts. This is definitely in the oversold space and it is VERY likely we will see 3s, and 2s in the next day or so. With no news this is just how this stock trades right now. Most likely due to day traders who think one tick equals a profit.....I don't know. But , if you check it out you should see what I am speaking about.
I think your 3s will fill in the next couple of days and with no news my 2s will fill also, IMO.
