IFCR. just talked to ceo (fuselier) said auditors flying out sunday to do a walkthrough of company sites. should take 3 days. expects them to take weekend off then the next week put out an audited 10k along with 1q. says numbers will be good and believes that there will be no more late filings. looks like we wait 2 more weeks. i can hold on.
