Yeah, they're going to do it as long as they think they can get away with it.. Eventually, they're going to get caught flatfooted.

I've noticed that the SEC is starting to take a lot more notice of the naked shorting scams going on in the pinks with basher support. With NTEK starting to become a higher profile company these folks are risking exposure from multiple directions, fiscally and legally. I don't think I would want to be in their position.......I don't know how those people sleep at night knowing how they're screwing over the american investor. Just the criminal mentality I guess......
