If you listened to what the naysayers had stated, you'd have come away with the notion that the CEO is acting alone, has no financial advisers and should have been able to predict the market better than Warren Buffett.

Even the naysayers had said they would never close each of the deals that they did. But guess what, they did. And they didn't spend the 1B shares doing it like the naysayers would lead one to believe.
