I am against dropping the NAFTA suit. HC is behind the proverbial eight ball and can't get out of its way. The NAFTA suit is how shareholders and the company can at least partially recover lost revenues. I do not think Bill is going to drop it for any reason. HC has zero leverage to force any capitulation from CEN Biotech.
