For the good sharedholders that have not gotten their certs yet, WE all have interest in the eligible shareholders gettting their certs as NOBODY gets paid untill all do IMO
No offense to you all when I talk mess to the ones who have NOT gotten them, bash on that board and most likely the reason they have not yet, is that bashing clause.
