Maybe the company halted the stock to stop shorts because the share structure was so low. Now FINRA has sorted it all out and the stock has resumed trading. Maybe the company was about to get new board members from a JV partner or buy out company so FINRA had to be involved. They had to be for the divi so if there was a nss they'd know for sure.

i recommend everyone send vertical group (vert) an email asking why they are short crgp and when they will stop manipulating the price
if we all do this i guarantee the price will skyrocket
we need to protect our investment
