I think "masters' various minions" means anyone who believes P2O is a typical penny stock scam whose sole purpose is to defraud investors.

Whoever wrote that quote though really doesn't get it. Those of us who think this is a scam are quite pleased about those who have been averaging down its 99% decline. What "galls" us is the fabrication of BS to distract from the grim facts in the company's filings, and the shifting of responsibility for P2O's failure away from the dishonest CEO and founder of this company to imaginary "entities".
