Out of fairness the dates mentioned were only what Treaty / TriM has requested FINRA to make the changes effective.
FINRA works at their own schedule and IMO good give a hoot what the requester's ask.
It simply, due to the circumstances be taking more time. It is only the 9th in the AM. I wouldn't get to upset yet. Now like the past if weeks go by with no mention than give 'em hell
