It's remotely possible that he didn't see it, but as co-founder of the site, I suspect he "once overs" the articles at some approximate interval and would most likely pull any articles that he didn't at least somewhat agree with. This article has been on the site for two months now, so I would have to say it's a safe bet that Cramer's seen it and knows it's credible. Anyhow, the article merely states that companies producing hemp products have a lot of potential and THCZ is one of two stocks that are best known about at this time and adds some performance stats to support the observation. I think the growth of RMH Brands going forward will prove the author right about fattening your portfolio at least if you have shares of THCZ in it.
