Contrary to ihub belief most QDSC cells tested in lab that I have seen through various images are very small.They do not need a full on mounted panel to test with as some would imply.As you know Dr.J has been at this awhile and the Saudis before they pulled their funding for solar ( some promised 100 billion plus ) were in serious discussion to use QDSC. The economies of scale have tipped even further sinc then IMO as well as public opinion on green energy... time is growing short to act and make a difference.
