No need to be insulting. I'm not trying to bash or pump anything. I was just stating the facts so people don't get too excited over this.
Let me refer to you to the following website:

Not a whole lot goes into it to become a contributor at the website (the form you fill out is pretty simple). Also, if you go Adam Heimann's profile, he has only posted 3 articles, and all of them are from July.
There is most likely some kind of review process whenever you submit an article, but trust me, Cramer is NOT involved in that process.
Now, he still may or may not be aware of THCZ. Honestly, none of us knows. All I'm saying is that an article written by a new and small-time contributor is not enough evidence to prove that Cramer actually "suggested" the stock.
