Yes, the processors are too broken to run...yet they're good enough to do a potential 3-5 day test run.
It would certainly be good for PTOI to clarify the state of their processors...but I think the ambiguity allows optimistic investors to argue every angle more successfully. Investors could also ask the company about the state of the processors but, again, investors seem happier with the Schrodinger's Cat state of the processors than with clear information.
