Is SFRX closing up shop if the Motion for Contempt doesn't go their way?
And, what if it does go their way?
Is this CEO and BOD serious?
If this Motion is granted on the basis of Defendant’s willful violation of the prior existing condition and orders, it will show that the Defendant’s conduct has resulted in substantial negative impact on Plaintiff’s shareholders, market value, and business opportunities and ability to continue its business in the area of undersea exploration and
recovery of archaeological and otherwise valuable items.
And wouldn't this require an 8K.......if true?
And is this why there have been no Facebook updates about (ahem) operations.......because there isn't any?
